We're seeking a detail-oriented Card Coordinator to join a growing financial institution in Morrisville. If you have banking experience and enjoy problem-solving, account support, fraud prevention, and helping members navigate card-related services, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a professional and supportive environment.
As a key member of the operations team, you'll help ensure members receive exceptional support with debit and credit card services by:
Assisting with debit and credit card inquiries and account support
Ordering and maintaining card accounts with a focus on accuracy
Researching and resolving card issues, declined transactions, and activation concerns
Processing card disputes and chargebacks in compliance with banking regulations
Monitoring fraud alerts and helping protect member accounts
Reviewing settlement reports and posting account adjustments as needed
Processing wire transfers and supporting financial transactions
Maintaining records, logs, and operational reporting
Serving as a backup for ACH and cash letter processing functions
Supporting various accounting and banking operations projects
1-2 years of retail banking experience required
Card services, debit card, credit card, or dispute processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Competitive pay: $25-$27/hour
